My step-son just married his half-sister.
They don't know they are related because my ex-husband fooled around so much when his son was young he impregnated half the girls in town. My ex told me who his son's g'f was one night when he was so drunk he doesn't remember telling me. I feel sick about it but I can't say anything now. I'm just glad I'm not part of his sick world anymore.

You have a moral obligation to tell them, even if you must do
it by anonymous letter before they have a child. Your being a coward
could cause a tragedy.
You must let the couple know before they have a child and the baby turns out deformed or they find out through blood tests.
You must do it anonymously or you will be responsible for not averting a tragedy. What on earth is wrong with you?
